LET ONLY SERVICE

• Initial rental valuation
• Window display at our Moseley office
• Extensive marketing – local & national websites, relocation agencies and ‘To Let’ boards
• Escorted viewings
• Careful vetting of applicants - full credit check & references taken
• Preparation of tenancy agreement & basic list of fixtures & fittings
• Collection of dilapidations deposit and first month’s rent
• Details of safety regulations - gas and electrical certificates, furniture & furnishings requirements
• Inform utility companies and local authority of new tenancy
• Protected deposit scheme

MANAGED SERVICE

All the benefits of the Let only service PLUS:

• Rent collection and arrears control
• Monthly payment via BACS with an accompanying statement
• Regular property inspections with an accompanying report
• Necessary repairs carried out by experienced local contractors
• Service of repossession notice where required
• Moving out of Tenant and dealing with any stoppages / issues
