Nicholas George Ltd will endeavour to secure you a rental property that matches your requirements and is within your budget. We will arrange viewings and our staff will be happy to advise you on all aspects of the rental process. We can provide you with information on the local area including schools, shops and other facilities.

If you choose to take a tenancy on one of our properties we will ask you to complete an application form and pay an initial holding fee. This fee covers the cost of referencing and it also acts as a holding fee to reserve the property for you subject to paperwork.

If we do not have the property that you want immediately, or if you are planning to take a rental property in the future, you can register online and you will receive details by email of any suitable properties as soon as they become available.
