As well as property advertisements, On The Market offers instant valuations, as well as providing estate and letting agent details within your local-area. We have used On The Market since their inception and have always found their systems comprehensive and supportive for both agents and customers alike.
The Property Ombudsman(TPO)
Offering free, impartial, and independent services, The Property Ombudsman or TPO aim to bring reasonable solutions to disputes between estate agents who are members of the scheme, and the public. The Property Ombudsman website is full of helpful guidance for both consumers and agents and how either party can join the scheme. Nicholas George Ltd are proud to be compliant in following the TPO code of practice for residential sales.
Rightmove
Arguably the largest and best-known property portal, Rightmove was founded in 2000 by the top four corporate estate agencies at the time. Rightmove’s portfolio list and additional services have grown substantially since then and they now provide free home valuations, area guides, as well as providing latest property news to both agents and customers. We have always been very happy with Rightmove and will continue to use their services for the foreseeable future.
Safeagent
Established in 1999 as the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), their aim was to provide a single badge for customers to recognise to understand the services and protections a company offered. NALS has now rebranded to safeagent and operates across the UK on a non-profit basis. Safeagent is now the UK’s leading accreditation body for lettings agents within the private rented sector and we have been accredited as a company since its inception.
