Founded by Nicholas and Julia George in Moseley in 1988, we started off solely in Lettings and Management. Our portfolio has grown to over 800 managed properties, and we are now also well-established as a Block Management company, as well as a very successful Sales/Estate Agent.
The family values that were instilled by Nicholas & Julia are still carried through by our current team, and we pride ourselves on being a truly independent agency, rather than a franchise or part of a wider firm. We moved to our current office on St Marys Row in 2009, which is just a few minutes’ walk up from Moseley Village. We have ample car parking outside.
Whilst we started with properties primarily in the Moseley and Kings Heath areas, over the years we have expanded our Lettings and Sales portfolio across Birmingham. We regularly let properties within many popular suburbs such as Edgbaston, Harborne and Stirchley to name but a few, and offer both managed and let-only services. We are proud to say that most of our business comes from recommendation and many our landlords have used our services for upwards of 10 years.
Block Management has now formed a substantial part of our business, and we manage in excess of 50 blocks and private developments across the East and West Midlands. We believe communication is key, and something that is often lost within larger Block Management companies. Our Block Management team are helpful and efficient, including keeping you abreast of the constantly changing compliance issues required at residential developments. We offer a no-obligation call or site visit, to discuss any initial queries about moving or appointing a new Block Manager.
On the Sales side of our business, completion rates have continued to grow. We offer free valuations, honest advice and our team are motivated to find the right buyers, in order to complete in a prompt timeframe.
