Our Lettings and Management services:
Nicholas George Ltd started as a letting agency in 1988 and since then we have continued to grow our lettings portfolio and now manage more than 800 properties across Birmingham. We are proud to say that a large portion of our business comes from recommendation, and a number of our landlords have used our services for upwards of 10 years.
Our office is based in Moseley, and although we are perhaps best known for lettings in the Moseley and Kings Heath areas, we cover the whole of Birmingham and its suburbs including Edgbaston, Harborne, Stirchley and Solihull. We offer two types of letting services: Let Only and Managed; both of these are offered on a ‘No-let no-fee basis’. You can find out more information on both these services here:

We believe that finding the right tenant is just as important as getting the right rental amount for your property, and we are very thorough in both our pre-viewing process and application stage. We always carry out accompanied viewings as this allows us to keep landlords updated with feedback on the applicants and the property itself. We strive to ensure your property is vacant for as short a time as possible, and we also ensure that we are fully compliant with the ever changing legislation within the lettings industry.
